Li style Daoist Taiji Qigong - A legacy from Grand Master Chee Soo

Keith Roost performing the sequence Fair Lady at the Shuttle. Extract from Two Minute Tai Chi Form, published 1994.
This style is available
for the first time in Portugal,
only through this institute.
Grand-master Chee Soo, famous for his health clinic in Dunstable England, where thousands of people with ‘incurable’ conditions were helped, developed this traditional family style of T’ai Chi form into a powerful flowing Qigong system that is pleasant and energising.
An opportunity to learn this unusual Taiji Qigong form from March 2011 as part of our Qigong for Health and Qigong Teacher Training.
