Daoist Health (Qigong) course Level 1 teacher training
This 16 hour course is run on weekends over 4 months, typically one Saturday a month with each session lasting 4 hours. Once each year, in the UK and in Portugal.

Qualification
Successful candidates can lead classes following this format, after the first level has been achieved. Assessment will be held the month following the initial 3 month course. You must achieve the basic set for the Group monitor qualification and Level 2 for the assistant instructor qualification

Progression
The complete Qigong Teacher Training Course comprises 5 initial levels of training and 700 hours minimum study and practise time with minimum 200 hours teacher contact., originally intended to be completed over two years, the complete course is now open ended, allowing you to complete the entire course according to your own schedule.

Further progression through the 4 senior levels is achieved through assessment of your continuing practice, achievements and contributions, through continued research and activities.
